Aimee Bee Inc provides music and drama instruction to students of all ages and levels. Specializing in musical theatre, private voice lessons will help students to prepare for auditions, develop vocal technique, and build repertoire. Teaching artists in the Aimee Bee Inc family are experienced, educated, have a strong knowledge of Broadway, and are great with kids! Our teaching artists are available to teach voice, acting, and piano in the convenience of your home throughout Northern Virginia. 

Aimee Barnes, the owner and artistic director, has been teaching for over fifteen years. She currently teaches in her home studio in Alexandria, VA. Aimee specializes in training intermediate and advanced singers in technique, audition coaching, and college preparation.  She has taught and directed musical theatre at programs across the country including Lake Dillon Theatre Company in Colorado, PeachCraft Studios' Musical Theatre Conservatory in New Jersey, and the Emma Willard School in New York. A Phi Beta Kappa member, Aimee graduated magna cum laude from American University with her degree in Music Theatre.  Her students have been accepted at prestigious musical theatre and theatre programs including Boston Conservatory at Berklee, University of the Arts, Elon University, Point Park University, University of Virginia, and James Madison University.
